BD Matrigel™ Basement Membrane Matrix產(chǎn)品介紹：
BD Matrigel 是從富含胞外基質(zhì)蛋白的EHS小鼠腫瘤中提取出的基底膜基質(zhì)膠，主要成份有IV型膠原，層粘連蛋白，硫酸肝素糖蛋白，巢蛋白。另外，還包含TGF- beta，表皮生長因子，胰島素樣生長因子，成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子，組織纖溶酶原激活物和其它生長因子。
BD Matrigel™基底膜基質(zhì)膠可以用于有效培養(yǎng)常規(guī)細(xì)胞、轉(zhuǎn)變的錨定依賴上皮細(xì)胞和其它類型細(xì)胞。這些細(xì)胞包括神經(jīng)細(xì)胞，支持細(xì)胞，click lens，血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和肝細(xì)胞。BD Matrigel還影響成年小鼠肝細(xì)胞基因表達(dá)，同時(shí)也影響三維培養(yǎng)基中小鼠和人乳腺上皮細(xì)胞。BD Matrigel基底膜基質(zhì)膠支持體內(nèi)末梢神經(jīng)再生，可用于新陳代謝和病理學(xué)研究，是幾種*類型腫瘤細(xì)胞發(fā)病檢測的基礎(chǔ)。BD Matrigel作為培養(yǎng)基還可用于體內(nèi)和體外血管再生研究。 另外，BD Matrigel有利于人腫瘤細(xì)胞在無免疫性老鼠體內(nèi)擴(kuò)散。

Basement Membrane Matrix, 5 ml *LDEV-Free英文簡述：
BD Matrigel™ Basement Membrane Matrix is effective for the attachment and differentiation of both normal and transformed anchorage dependent epithelioid and other cell types. These include neurons, Sertoli cells, chick lens, and vascular endothelial cells, and hepatocytes. BD Matrigel will influence gene expression in adult rat hepatocytes as well as three dimensional culture in mouse and human mammary epithelial cells. It will support in vivoperipheral nerve regeneration, can be used for metabolism and toxicology studies, and is the basis for several types of tumor cell invasion assays. BD Matrigel provides the substrate necessary for the study of angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo. BD Matrigel also supports in vivopropagation of human tumors in immunosupressed mice.

? Mouse colonies are routinely screened for pathogens via Mouse Antibody Production （MAP） testing
? Extensive PCR testing is performed to screen for a number of pathogens, including LDEV, to ensure strict control of raw materials used during the manufacturing process
? Tested and found negative for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
? Protein concentrations are determined by Lowry method
? Endotoxin units are measured by Limulus Amoebocyte Lysate assay
? BD Matrigel Matrix gel stability is tested for a period of 14 days at 37°C
? Biological activity is determined for each lot using a neurite outgrowth assay. Chick dorsal root ganglia are plated on a 1.0 mm layer of BD Matrigel Matrix and must generate positive neurite outgrowth response after 48 hours without addition of nerve growth factor.
